Art Classes (and more)!!!

Dip Pot Class!

Tim will be back for a second ceramics class this year in April. Classes will be held on April 20th and 27th. April 20th will be from 9 AM to noon and April 27th will start at 9 and probably go to 10. This time we will be making dip planter pots outside (MESSY!)

On April 20th, students will learn basic ceramic dipping skills that will be used to create a cool looking drip pot that is perfect for holding plants. The pot is 8″ tall, has an 8.75″ diameter across the top at the petals and the saucer is 8.25″ in diameter. The 3 pots to the right are the size and shape of planter we will be doing. The top two show the color options that we will have for the class.

On April 27th, students will come pick up their planters, see the variety of results produced by different people’s dipping, and learn about problems that can happen during firing.

No experience is required for this class. Beginners are welcome to take the class. All materials will be supplied.

Please Read!!!!!! There is a class fee of $35 due with 7 days of registering for the class. IMPORTANT…IF YOU SIGN UP BELOW AND DO NOT PAY THE $35 WITHIN ONE WEEK OF WHEN YOU SIGN UP, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED!! The $35 must be paid at the library within this time frame.

One scholarship ($35 will be waived) will be offered. If you would like to apply for the scholarship, register below.
