Our Nice Conference Room
Features:
- two 8′ tables with up to 16 chairs
- additional smaller tables with chairs for group break-outs
- wall-mounted 65″ tv in the center of the room
- large wall-mounted dry-erase board
- glass doors and curtains that can be closed to minimize noise and distractions
- its own bathroom
- If requested, a projector is available for those that need one.
Before reserving the room using the form below, please read the rules found in the link below (rules may be downloaded) or contact the library (620-782-3435) to learn what the rules are. If you fail to do this, your online reservation may be cancelled. By reserving the room, you agree to follow all the rules.
The room can be used by anyone for free as long as they are not selling anything or planning on using it regularly (preventing others from using it). To reserve the room, fill out the form below. You can also call the library at 620-782-3435 or stop in during regular operating hours to reserve the room.
