Unfortunately, due to the large number of 90-days-overdue (lost status) materials not being returned, we have had to implement a new policy.

All accounts with 90-days-overdue (lost status) items will be sent to a Collection Agency. These accounts will be charged the replacement cost for these items, the 24% Collection Agency fee, and a non-refundable $20.00 handling charge.
