2nd Art Class is a Success!
We had an almost-full class for our critical thinking art class that tested whether or not the color wheel mattered by applying what they thought to a beginning knitting project! Participants learned what went into picking colors for art projects and had a fun time hanging out with each other!
We hope even more of you will sign up for our next class which deals with the difference between designing by hand or with Cricut Design Space software! Our class on October 8th will center on Thank You cards. On November 12th, we will be getting into the holiday spirit with 2 Holiday themed cards. In this class, we will decide which people would rather receive: hand-made or computer made, and why.
As always, sign up online on our site here; or you can pop into the Library, and we’ll sign you up! We look forward to seeing you there!
**The Discovering How Art Can Affect Our Lives program was made possible in part by a a Peggy Barber Tribute Grant from the American Library Association’s Public Programs Office. We are so excited about receiving this grant and so thankful for their support in making this huge change possible for our library!!! We hope to see you at future classes!
